On the 18th of March, the ECHT Consortium met in Frankfurt for the official Kick-off and first Workshop of the project.
14 representatives of the textile value chains and related stakeholders from 10 organisations and 7 countries as well as 5 members of the university team took part in this full day workshop.
During the workshop, apart from actually getting to know each other, the partners successfully reached two major milestones:
1. Agreed on a scope and definition for the system relevant to our project.
2. Identified and defined 16 influencing factors, that shape this system now and in the future.
